I wish I had known more about tips like these before I got my first credit card. The only thought I had was I had to get that and get that credit card quick. If I had known then what I knew now, I would have waited a little longer because I didn’t know much about credit card debt for things that I didn’t buy.
I think many new (and some old) credit card holders will find this article useful, most of the advice seem like you just have to apply your common sense, but most credit card holders are complacent and rely mostly on the security features of the credit card provider, and a lot of people have learned the hard way that that isn’t as infallible as providers would like us to believe. Most providers would also have people believe that they are the primary victims of credit card fraud, but they aren’t really, so one might as well take charge of some security because most likely, the holder will be the one suffering for it, anyway.
